Yes, Summer is back and it's really hot in Germany. Temperatures above 30 ° or almost 40 °, we are barely accustomed. The feet must be absolutely be stuck in flip flops :) Therefore I've designed a pair of flip flops for Riddersholm Design.

First I glued the MDF Flip Flops by Dutch Doobadoo with Designpapers from Riddersholm Design. After that i I roughly brushed the upper parts with gesso and applied modelingpaste and a mask, a stencil from Dutch Doobadoo also. I've wiped the edges with Distress brown ink and sometimes glittered with Stickles Platinum.

I have decorated the flips flops with small bows, flowers, maritime punchings and seashells. The small tags fit perfectly with the theme, right?

Take off your flip flops on and enjoy the beautiful summer weather :)
