Delightful: A Barnmarket Layout by Cathi

This week I would love the share a layout I made using the beautiful Barnmarket collection. I chose the stunning Any Man paper as my base.

I used the Blackboard papers (both sides) for my layers and many of the cut outs pieces in the collection from the Barnmarket page which I just love to tuck into my layers and use as titles. I used some fun Tim Holtz paper clips which I clipped onto my vintage image, and one of Reneabouquets gorgeous butterflies.

I just love the vine and nest I found in my stash and added them to my layout, tucking in another cutout and adding some masking and molding paste.

To finish off my layout I made a mini cluster in the bottom corner, adding more gorgeous blue and brown flowers from Prima and Petaloo and one of Reneabouquets butterflies. I added another cutout, "Life is What You Make it" from the collection.

I just love the colors Connie used in this collection, beautiful!

Barn Market Shaker-Card

I´ve used papers from the Barn Market-series to make this Shaker-Card.

Papers used: 

The Barn, Cream-, Craft-, Glitter- and Burlap Cardstock

The "Postage Stamp"-shaker is made with one af the pictures at The Barn.

Fine Glitter-Glass Silver is inside the shaker.

"FARMLIFE" is from a cut-out sheet.

The Postage Stamp is made with a Postage Die

I´ve also used a die for the Cherry Blossoms in the background.

The card is decorated with Hydrangea Flowers, fine linen, silk ribbon and twine.

Layering-Layout-kursus på Convention i Middelfart

Deltager du på Scrapbooking Convention i Middelfart i weekenden den 12.-13. marts 2016 har du nu mulighed for at tilmelde dig mit layout-kursus med forskellige teknikker, lørdag den 12.marts.

 

 

Vi laver et layout med Riddersholm Design papirerne "Newport", med fokus på layering/lag–på–lag, med forskellige teknikker på layoutet, hvor vi bl.a. leger med

         Distressing, rå og ink/sværte

         Embossing på layout og pynt

         Stencils / paste

        Wax paste

         Dies

         Rå kanter

         Baggrundstempler

 

 Udgangspunktet er et LO med 1 foto, men det er selvfølgelig valgfrit.

Vi skal lege med papiret, rive og ridse, lave sjuskede kanter, embosse , bruge stencils, stempler mm.

Best Friends- By Keren Tamir

Here is my second creation for Riddersholm Design this month.

It is also my last creation as a Guest Designer. I want to thank Connie for the amazing opportunity to design with her fabulous designs.

I have another horse themed picture for my second layout this month. This time I used the "Compass" paper from the Newport collection. The background also looks like a woodgrain from a barn and so I thought it was perfect for another horse themed photo. 

 I used stencils and sprays in the background to create texture. Then I added lots of flowers to embellish the layout along a barn like chipboard piece.

Jeg er rigtig meget til de blå og lyse farver i øjeblikket, men det er jo bestemt ikke
noget problem når man er designer for Riddersholm Design.
