Scrapbooking tag from Marta Lapkowska + workshops VIDEO

It's Marta Lapkowska here.

I am so excited to be back to you with some new small project and... yes and video with my UK workshops.

I had a wonderful opportunity to teach some mixed media based classes in Middlesbrough in UK.

One of the workshops - mixed media scrapbooking layout was based on Riddersholm Papers. You can see the video from from the whole weekend where I will talk to you through the whole 3 days of my journey.

Best Friend card by Marta Lapkowska

Hi guys!
It's Marta Lapkowska here !

I am so happy to be back to you with my new card.
Collection Barn Market is perfect for every vintage fan.
For today's make I mixed shades of grey, brown and teal.

To create dimention in my card I used feathers, chipboards and some lace.
Additionally to embellish the card I added paper flowers, flairs and paper die cuts from Riddersholm papers. I have to say I love this colour combo! I hope you will find this card inspirational.

Believe in the magic of Christmas!

Hi everyone,
Are you ready for Christmas ?
Did you send your Christams cards yet ? I am so behind with Christmas preparations but :) I made some card & tags for my relatives.

Today I would love to share with you two tags. Both tags were created with wonderful Christmas Cosy Christmas collection.

 
Shades of grey together with Riddersholm Design Glitter work just perfect.
I used gel medium to stick the glitter to the tag.

I attached some lace to add some interest to my background.
Additionally I added some chipboards from Scrapiniec. I stamped the title and added it using 3D foam. As my final touch I used Liquid Peard from Ranger to create tiny pearly dots.

Fast & easy Shabby Chic card tutorial by Marta Lapkowska

It's Marta Lapkowska here!
I am so very happy to be back to you with some new inspiration.

Today I would love to share with you some fast & easy project. It's layered card with shabby chic feeling. We will add lots of paper layers including random leftover paper pieces.

As my final touch I added beautiful paper flower, delicate ribbons and die cut butterfly.

Additionally I added some delicate chipboards.

Life loves the passionate - cards by Marta Lapkowska

Hello everyone,
It's Marta here!

I am so very happy to be back to you with my new two projects. Last time I showed you mixed media layout & video tutorial, this time I have two scrapbooking cards for you.
My first card is very elegant, with beautiful chipboard and paper flowers.

I used 3D foam squares to achieve some dimentional effect.

My second card is also quite simple but graceful.
I love how white title is standing out on dark background. I fussy cut the butterflies, added few chipboards and paper flowers.
Making classic cards is very enjoyable!

'Special friends' by Marta + VIDEO tutorial

I am was delighted when I was asked to join the Riddersholmdesign group as a guest designer. Creating your art with most beautiful papers is like a dream. I could not wait to get my hands on stunning paper collections from Connie.

Today I would love to share with you my first creation.

I created layered card and some small treat for you - VIDEO tutorial.

I used mix of two stunning paper collections Vintage Venture and Tailgate Marked.

You will see beautiful colours, details and patterns on all the pages.

'Delightful' mixed media page by Marta + VIDEO tutorial

Hi crafty friends,

It's Marta here :) It's great to be back!

Today I will share my scrapbooking, mixed media vintage page.

I have used stunning paper collections Vintage Venture and Tailgate Marked.

You will see beautiful colours, details and patterns on all the pages.
This is is perfect paper selection if you love vintage.

To create my background I used few mediums and brand new Riddersholmdesign glitter glass. This is perfect and stunning addition to your project. I mixed the glitter with some gel medium to create a custom made paste. You will see it all in my video.
